Lent: For the Short Attention Span or the Attention Span Longer Than 2 Minutes

In the crazy and busy world we live, most people have short attention spans, so that is why I provide you the first video. It’s very good, quick, and provides quality information for the person on the go. The second video is for the individual who is still busy, but wants to hear a gifted priest talk about the Great Season of Lent with some eloquence. Both videos can be watched, but that would be for the person who can sit for a whole 8 MINUTES (Hello! – a “friend” says that). Either way, I hope you enjoy one or both of these educational videos. 40 days of Prayer, Sacrifice, and Almsgiving is upon us. Into the Desert with Christ We Go! Here is my blog post on Lent from 2012 – it provides some pragmatic examples for Lent.

I am not going anywhere during this Season of Lent. This blog will continue to provide quality orthodox posts during the next 40 days. Such much to write about with the news regarding Pope Benedict XVI. Come Holy Spirit!

  1. Thank you, Tom, for your excellent insights and news–I enjoy the videos. I have some more questions about the Bible. I will see you tomorrow, Thursday. Good to see you at the Men’s Conference. Give to God all the Glory. May God Bless you! Matthew 11:28 Sincerely, Howard Smith
