The New Supreme Pontiff, the Vicar of Christ, the Pontifex Maximus, the Holy Father, His Holiness is Jorge Mario Bergoglio and he will Pope Francis.
What a joy this day is in the life of the Catholic Church and throughout the world. If you have been like me, it’s been an exciting period over the past weeks waiting for the conclave to begin and watching it unfold to this great proclamation. I spent countless hours in front of my computer online, slept with my phone ringer on high, and was checking my phone for updates every 5 minutes. It’s just so exciting being a Catholic these days since the whole world has its eyes on the Catholic Church. I can remember to this day where I was when Benedict XVI was elevated to the papacy. I will remember where I was today as well.
I would encourage you to continue to use the resources I spoke about in the post – Get Your Conclave On! Many of these media outlets will provide coverage in the days ahead.
GO TO DAILY MASS, PRAY THE ROSARY, LIGHT A CANDLE FOR THE NEW POPE,
GATHER YOUR CATHOLIC FRIENDS FOR THE SOLEMN MASS OF INAUGURATION,
AND GET YOUR PAPAL MASS PARTY ON!!!

Yes Tom is truly is a glorious day! It’s been such a prayerful time asking the Holy Spirit to guide and inspire the Cardinals hearts and that their hearts would be open to His inspiriations. Great jpb! I’m so excited & love learning all about our New Pope Francis l ! I will be praying at Mass & my rosary for him with great love & joy!
What a greart joy! So happy and proud! The Cardinal’s hearts were surely open to the Holy Spirit! Our new Pope Francis l . It has been a very exciting and prayerful time for me and for all us Cathollic’s. I will be joyfully praying at Mass and my rosary to Our Blessed Mother for Our new Holy Father Pope Francis l !!!
