  1. Hi Tom – It’s Ms. Wicker’s 8th grade religion class at Annunciation Catholic School. We listened to your radio broadcast live today. Well done! How many times have you been live on the radio? Michelle would like to know if you are in the mortalist or immortalist camp when it comes to Mary’s death and Assumption? We heard you mention something about the Eastern Orthodox tradition, can you give us more info on where to look for that? Thank you!

    • I have been on the radio numerous times. See my page on my blog for exact times and topics. I am definitely in the Mortalist camp. If Jesus had to die, so did Mary, but her body did not corrupt. In regards to the Eastern Orthodox, many of the Marian traditions we have come from the Eastern lung of the Church.

      • Thank you for your reply. We will be graduating soon and will follow along as we head off to high school.
