Today, October 22, we celebrate the memorial for my hero, Pope Saint John Paul II. Nearly ten percent of the articles on this website/blog, is written based on things he said when he was head of the Catholic Church. Although I saw him in Phoenix when I was 13 years old, my interest in him increased after my long-time friend Bobby Kloska shared so much of his life with me when I was in my late teens. Since then, I have read many of his writings and have shared those with my readers and subscribers here.
